Ingredients

2 cupscooked chicken
cubed
1 poundfettuccini
cooked and drained, any shape works
¼ cupolive oil
½ cupparmesan cheese
freshly grated
¼ teaspoongarlic powder
1 cupcelery
chopped
1green bell pepper
chopped
¼ cupgreen onions
sliced
½ cupbroccoli flowerets
small
½ cupcarrots
sliced
1 cupfrozen peas
thawed
¼ cupslivered almonds
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Toss chicken and fettuccini with olive oil and cool. Add Parmesan and garlic powder and toss well. Refrigerate 1 hour or as long as overnight.
Step 2
To serve, add veggies. Combine all dressing ingredients except water in lidded jar and shake well; add water and shake again. Pour over salad and toss thoroughly.
