Step 1
Marinate chicken and shrimp with salt (brining) or soy sauce

Step 2
Cook rice and dry


Step 3
Cut chicken into small pieces


Step 4
Chop garlic, ginger, and onions

Cook chicken in a pan at medium-high heat for 30-45 seconds on each side to golden, then remove

Step 6
Repeat process with shrimp (even faster to golden)

Step 7
Scramble eggs and remove from pan


Step 8
Add garlic and ginger to pan. Cook until fragrant



Step 9
Add rice to pan, mix, and cook 3-5 minutes


Step 10
Add all ingredients to pan, toss, and cook for 1-2 more minutes







Step 11
Adjust flavor with salt and plate
