Tune dip pate mousse
Tuna dip
1 415 gram can tuna, drained, flaked
60 gram spreadable cream cheese
1/4 cup thickened cream
1 lemon, juice
3 green onions, finely sliced
1 tablespoon snipped dill
baguette toasts, cornichons, to serve
Method
Tuna dip
1 Place tuna, cream cheese, cream and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until well blended.
2 Transfer to a bowl. Stir in onions and dill. Season to taste. Serve with baguette toasts, cornichons and aperitifs.
