2chicken breast
1 cuppeppers and onions blend
1can black beans
1 boxSpanish rice
1 pkgtaco seasoning
1 jarsalsa
2 cupsmexican cheese
sour cream

Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken to one side, next peppers and onions, add black beans, and finally the Mexican rice. Pour seasoning for rice over rice. Season the entire crockpot with taco seasoning. Cover entire crockpot with salsa.
Step 2
Cook 4 hours on high or 6-8 on low
Step 3
Remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to crockpot and stir contents. Cover with cheese and don't stir again.
Step 4
Cook 30 minutes on high.
