Instructions

Step 1
Prepare a shallow frying pan with vegetable oil on high. 1-2 inches deep should do. Heat it pretty hot.
Step 2
Sprinkle both sides of a drumstick with Lawry’s seasoned salt. Dust with pepper.
Step 3
Beat 2 Eggs, along with a 1/2 Cup of Milk.
Step 4
Prepare the Flour in a mixing bowl.
Step 5
Dip the drumstick in the egg mixture to coat the drumstick, and then throw it in the flower to coat it in a blanket of flour. If you want a thicker crust, repeat the egg and flour mixture a second time.
Step 6
Once the oil is heated thouroughly, put the coated drum sticks in the frying pan. Turn the drumsticks when they are golden in colour, usually about 3-4 mins per side.
Step 7
With a fork, stab the thickest part of the leg. If the juices run clear, it is done. If it is red or cloudy, keep cooking.
