Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 140°C or 280°F.
Step 2
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 3
Place the nuts and seeds in bowl.
Step 4
Drizzle with the olive oil and season with sea salt.
Step 5
Toss to combine.
Step 6
Divide the nut mix evenly into three small bowls.
Step 7
Add the rosemary to one bowl, the turmeric and chill to another and the Cajun spice to the third bowl.
Step 8
Use a spoon to toss the nuts in each bowl to ensure they are evenly coated.
Step 9
Spread the nuts onto the lined baking tray, making sure to separate each flavor.
Step 10
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Step 11
Keep stored in airtight containers or jars for up to 2 weeks.
