Instructions

Step 1
In a pan- cook bacon to your liking. Cool and chop.
Step 2
Add cheese to sweet potato and microwave or air fry until cheese melts.
Step 3
Assemble- add egg to cheesy sweet potato, top with chopped bacon, scallions and drizzle with sriracha.
