This salad is easy, travels well, less messy and work than sandwiches, loaded with nutrients, and still look & feel good in your suit after lunch! I packed in a large sealable container, threw some paper plates & forks in the cooler and ready to go!

Season salmon and sear quickly in coconut oil on each side on med high heat, transfer to a plate. In a sealable bowl, add all other ingredients. Chop salmon and add to salad. Make our classic honey mustard dressing, top, stir.
