Tuna Patty Cakes π
Serves 4
Per serving: 1 leanest, 1 green, 1 fat, 3 condiments
Ingredients:
β 2 cups of egg beaters
β 21 oz of drained tuna from a can (packed in water)
β ΒΌ cup fresh parsley
β 2 cups diced celery
β 2 tsp fresh garlic
β 2 tsp Low Sodium Seasoning (parve soup mix or dried herbs/seasonings)
β 4 tsp oil
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
Note: thereβs still a need for one more fat serving per serving since the tuna/egg beaters combo is a leanest.

Step 1
β’ Mash the tuna in a large bowl as finely as you can.
Step 2
β’ Add in the egg beaters and mix.
Step 3
β’ Add the mustard ,parsley, celery, garlic, and seasoning.
Step 4
β’ Pour the oil in a frying pan on low to medium heat.
Step 5
β’ The mixture will be liquid, but it will firm up.
Step 6
β’ Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour circles into the pan. Do not press down on them or they will dry out.
Step 7
Let them cook until they are brown and crispy on each side
