Tuna Patty Cakes 🐟
Serves 4
Per serving: 1 leanest, 1 green, 1 fat, 3 condiments
Ingredients:
● 2 cups of egg beaters
● 21 oz of drained tuna from a can (packed in water)
● ¼ cup fresh parsley
● 2 cups diced celery
● 2 tsp fresh garlic
● 2 tsp Low Sodium Seasoning (parve soup mix or dried herbs/seasonings)
● 4 tsp oil
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
Note: there’s still a need for one more fat serving per serving since the tuna/egg beaters combo is a leanest.

Ingredients

21 oztuna from a can

¼ cupfresh parsley

2 cupscelery
diced

2 tspfresh garlic

2 tspLow Sodium Seasoning

4 tspoil

1 Tbspyellow mustard
Instructions
Step 1
• Mash the tuna in a large bowl as finely as you can.
Step 2
• Add in the egg beaters and mix.
Step 3
• Add the mustard ,parsley, celery, garlic, and seasoning.
Step 4
• Pour the oil in a frying pan on low to medium heat.
Step 5
• The mixture will be liquid, but it will firm up.
Step 6
• Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour circles into the pan. Do not press down on them or they will dry out.
Step 7
Let them cook until they are brown and crispy on each side
