Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet add oil and bring to medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add in chopped sweet potato and stir. After 4-5 minutes, add in onion. Let sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Mix in ground pork, syrup, sage, rosemary, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Break sausage into small pieces as you stir. Cook until the sausage is no longer pink.
Step 4
Mix in fresh spinach, and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until wilted. Remove skillet from heat and serve hot.
