Korean BBQ Burnt Ends

Instructions

Step 1
Cut Chuck roast into 1.5 inch cubes
Step 2
Season with your favorite bbq rub (@meatchurch Holy Gospel)
Step 3
Place on the smoker at 250°F
Step 4
Cook for 2-3 hours, until an internal temp of 195°F (flip 1/2 way)
Step 5
Pull them off and cover in your sauce and 1 stick of butter. Cover in foil and place them back on the grill for an hour
Step 6
Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
