Ingredients

2 Tbspoil

1Bay leaf
big

1cinnamon stick

1Onion
sliced, medium

1 cupgreen beans
chopped

1 cupcarrot
chopped

2tomato
small, sliced

2green chilli
cut lengthwise, just a slit dont open it

½ Tbspginger garlic paste

⅛ tspturmeric

½ Tbspgaram masala

1 tspsambhar masala

1 Tbspsalt

1 lbCauliflower florets

1 cupPeas

1 bunchmint leaves
chopped

2 cupsrice
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and add bayleaf, cloves and cinnamon stick.
Step 2
Add onions and fry until half cooked.
Step 3
Add beans, carrot and cook for 5 mins
Step 4
Add tomato, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala, sambhar masala, green chilli and salt. Saute until the oil floats to the top (few minutes).
Step 5
Add 4 cups of water and let it come to a boil. Remove cloves.
Step 6
Taste the water and add seasonings as needed. Add cauliflower, peas, mint leaves and rice. Stir them and cook.
