Ingredients

1Bay leaf

0.5green chilli
cut lengthwise without seeds
1 tspginger garlic paste
⅛ tspturmeric
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspsambhar masala
2 tspsalt
1 ¾ cupswater
0.5 lbCauliflower florets
½ cupPeas
or double beans
1 bunchmint leaves
chopped
1 cupsrice
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and add bayleaf, cloves and cinnamon stick.
Step 2
Add onions and fry until half cooked.
Step 3
Add beans and cook for 5 mins
Step 4
Add tomato, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala, sambhar masala, green chilli and salt. Saute until the oil floats to the top (few minutes).
Step 5
Add water and let it come to a boil. Remove cloves.
Step 6
Taste the water and add seasonings as needed. Add cauliflower, peas, mint leaves and rice. Stir them and cook.
Step 7
Cook on high pressure for 4 mins. Let it sit for 10 mins and release the pressure.
