Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water according to the pack instructions

Heat a large pan and fry the bacon for 3 minutes

Add the butter, sage and chilli, and cook for 30 seconds. Season with pepper
Step 4
Drain the pasta and tip into a bowl, then stir the sauce into the pasta and serve.
