Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Then in a bowl combine the first 6 ingredients listed and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients, then slowly add them to the wet ingredients until combined. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
Step 3
Evenly distribute batter into greased baking tray. I used a mini loaf pan but also like mini muffin trays and regular muffin trays.
Step 4
Bake for 25-30 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Baking times vary depending on size of baking tray used. I always check after 20 minutes, then every 2-3 minutes after that.
