Authentic Elvish bread known as Lembas. Made from flour, butter, and spices, this bread is perfect for long journeys or just enjoying at home. Best served at room temperature.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 C (425 F).
Step 2
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Step 3
Add the butter and mix until fine granules form.
Step 4
Add the sugar and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Finally, add the cream, honey, and vanilla and stir until a thick dough forms.
Step 6
Roll the dough out to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut into 3-inch squares.
Step 7
Transfer the squares to a cookie sheet and criss-cross each square lightly with a knife.
Step 8
Bake for about 12 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
Step 9
Let cool completely before eating. Best served at room temperature.
