Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chickpeas and add to a big bowl.
Step 2
Wash all the vegetables and set them aside.
Step 3
Dice the red bell pepper and cucumber into small cubes and then add to the bowl.
Step 4
Add the lemon juice, chopped mint, garlic, cumin, dill, molasses, and salt.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Step 6
Serve cold.
