BAKED SUSHI CUPS🍣
These are a great, simple, and quick way to get your sushi fix. The best part is, you can really make them how ever you want. For this, we made ours with salmon, cream cheese, jalapeños, oyster sauce, yum yum sauce, and Japanese mayo/kewpie mayo.

Instructions
Step 1
First, make 1 cup of sushi rice according to the bag. While that’s cooking cut 1 fillet of salmon, season with salt and pepper and toss in Japanese Mayo/Kewpie Mayo (if you don’t have that, 1 cup of American Mayo, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 tbsp sugar works just fine).
Step 2
Once everything is ready to assemble, get a muffin or brownie tin and line with nori sheets, add your salmon mixture, and we added jalapeños.
Step 3
Bake on 400° for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we added cream cheese slices and broiled for another 3 minutes on 500°.
Step 4
Lastly, we dressed our sushi cups with spicy yum yum sauce and oyster sauce. Enjoy!🥢🍣
