Steamed Veggies with Peanut Sauce

Instructions

Veggie Prep

Step 1
Chop chayote into 2-3cm pieces
Step 2
Chop carrots into half rounds
Step 3
Chop broccoli into 3cm florets

Steam

Step 4
Add some water the big steamer. Add chayote, then after 10 min add carrots, then after 10 min add broccoli. Keep steaming until veggies are done. Lower flame depending on time.

Peanut Sauce

Step 5
Blend all ingredients in blender, adding water until desired consistency

Noodles

Step 6
Add noodles to a pot. Pour boiling water and bring back to a boil. Add salt and cook for 3-5 min

Finish and Serve

Step 7
Serve steamed veggies on bed of noodles. Pour peanut sauce on top.
