Baked oats meal
INGREDIENTS:
150ml skimmed or dairy-free milk
2 whole eggs
60g honey or maple syrup
150g applesauce or 100g mashed banana
60g smooth peanut butter
80g oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp baking powder
Toppings:
30g banana slices
10g dark chocolate chips
30g fresh or frozen raspberries
10g white chocolate chunks
80g fresh or frozen blueberries
METHOD:
Blend everything in a liquid blender until smooth.
Pour the batter in a baking dish. Top with your favourite toppings (skip the white chocolate for now).
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 Degrees C for 40 - 50 minutes.
While it is still warm finish off the raspberry part by topping with white chocolate chunks.
Cut into 6 pieces. Each piece is around 220 calories.
