Step 1
Cut the tortillas into triangles to create your nacho shapes
Step 2
Mix them with the olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika
Step 3
Place them in the airfryer at 180 C degrees for 10 minutes
Step 4
Cut your vegetables into small, tiny cubes
Step 5
For the sauce, mix all your ingredients into a cup. The sauce texture should be watery. You may use more or less water depending on the texture of it. You can make it spicy by adding hot paprika or cayenne pepper
Step 6
Move the nachos in a bowl, sprinkle with the cheese and cover the bowl for 5 minutes for the cheese to melt
Step 7
Place your veggies on top and sprinkle with the sause
