Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix 1 cup mayo, third cup ketchup, 2 tbps mustard, and 1.5 tbsp relish, add selt and pep for sauce. Set aside.
Step 2
1. Chop up your toppings (tomato and lettuce or whatever)
Step 3
2. Butter and toast your buns.
Step 4
Roll the beef into balls and smash onto cast iron. Flatten em out.
Step 5
Sprinkle with salt and pepp both sides, get a nice crust going.
Step 6
Add slice of cheese and cover when burger is about a minute away from being done.
Step 7
Eat.
