Instructions

Step 1
Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger powder, and garlic in a small bowl and mix

Set aside half of the marinade
Step 3
Marinade salmon for at least 30 minutes
Step 4
Preheat air fryer to 400F
Step 5
Spray air fryer basket with olive oil spray and place salmon inside skin-side down
Step 6
Cook for 7-8 mins depending on thickness of salmon

While salmon is cooking, heat a small skillet over low heat. Pour the remaining marinade and simmer stirring until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Step 8
Brush sauce over salmon and sprinkle fillets with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve with veggies on the side.
