Instructions
Step 1
Boil macaroni until tender -once cooked approx. 2 tablespoon of butter/melt over noodles
Step 2
Beat/mix eggs, milk and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Step 3
Pour milk mixture over noodles stir thoroughly
Step 4
add cheese stir thoroughly
Step 5
bake at 350 until slightly brown/cheese bubbly (30+ minutes)
Step 6
Note: To make a larger portion I go with 1 1/2 cups pasta
Step 7
3 cups cheese, 1 cup of milk (you may need to add a little more)
Step 8
I keep the eggs about the same
Step 9
add a little more salt to season - maybe 3/4 teaspoon.
