Instructions

Step 1
Add 300g flour and 500g water to a bowl and mix thoroughly
Step 2
Add yeast and salt, mix thoroughly
Step 3
Slowly add the remainder of the flour, you need as much flour as possible so if it’s still a bit sticky then keep adding more
Step 4
Let proof about 6 hours covered, divide pizza dough into individual balls (maybe 200g each)
Step 5
Keep and of the dough balls in the fridge and let it ferment longer, when you make more dough add this leftover piece during Step 2 of this process. Makes for great flavor
