Instructions
Step 1
Set over to 400F
Halve the acorn squash and remove the seed
Sprinkle pepper, salt and olive oil
Put into oven for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the onion. Cook onion, chickpea with olive oil in a pot on medium high for 10 minutes Add salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Cook and stir for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Put chickpeas into the squash hole and serve.
