Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan.
Step 2
Combine egg, bananas, applesauce, vanilla, brown sugar, mix well.
Step 3
Combine oatmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Slowly add to wet mixture
Step 4
Fill each muffin cup 3/4 with batter.
Step 5
Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
