Instructions

Wash the lentils and leave them in a bowl of water (to soak ) until you need them

Chop these ingredients finely. ( the carrot you can chop in circles if you like them in your stew)

Add olive oil to a stew pot and simmer the onions carrots on high heat while you chop the chorizo into rounds. Add choriso as well after you cut it.

Now it’s time to add the spices. Ans let on low heat while you chop the potatoes into cubes ( medium size )

Add the lentils and potatoes to the pot without the water they stayed in.

Add clean water to the pot until It covers them and let simmer in low heat.
Step 7
Stir in every 3-5 min. It is done when the lentils have the consistency you like (usually after 20-30 mins ). But be careful not to burn it to the bottom. Stir in occasionally and taste the lentils to see if they are done.
