½ cupgreen onion

6 CupsCalrose Rice
Cooked Day Old

8 TbspSoy Sauce
add to taste

1 ½ tspSeasoning Salt
Favorite, “Regular”

Instructions
Step 1
In a large wok or frying pan, cook Portuguese sausage and use a paper towel to remove oil and place in a separate dish
Step 2
Add olive oil and garlic, brown garlic, add frozen carrots & peas, stir fry for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add rice, mix, add Asian Wraps Sauce and stir fry for 3-5 minutes
Step 4
Drizzle soy sauce, add pepper and Som Good Seasoning Salt “Regular”, Stir Fry for 3-5 min
Step 5
Add chopped green onion stir fry for 2 minutes, then plate, let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
