Instructions
Step 1
Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray and turn on to low.
Step 2
Arrange the sausages (chopped into chuns) in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 3
Slice the onions and peeled apples, add with oil and curry to a frypan over moderate heat and brown until nicely coloured.
Step 4
Turn off heat and add the cans of beans and tomatoes. Mix well, adding brown sugar (optional).
Step 5
Tip over sausages (do not stir together with sausages).
Step 6
Put the lid on and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Step 7
Serve with rice or mashed potato.
