Dosa crêpes “from red lentil”

This incredible simple but delicious crepes are a great option for breakfast,lunch ,dinner or snack that can be savoury or sweet ! Crepes with fruits and chocolate spread fir breakfast,wrapped with hummus and roasted veg or even as is with a soup or use as gluten free bread option. You just have to let the lentils in water the day before !

Ingredients

8 servings

1 x cup split red lentils
1 cupsplit red lentils
- 2 1/2 x cups water
2 ½ cupswater
0.5 Tspsalt
0.5 Tspapple cider vinegar

Instructions

Step 1
Add the lentils in water and soak them overnight.
Step 2
Drain the water (use it to water your plants)
Step 3
Mix the lentils with 2-1/2 cups water and test of ingredients and blend until smooth
Step 4
Cook both size as a crepe on a nonstick flat pan or use some coconut oil in case it sticks too much
Step 5
Serve warm
