Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl or plate, combine all ingredients except bread, butter, maple syrup and condensed milk and whisk until incorporated.







Step 2
Heat up a non stick pan on medium heat and add a small amount of butter.



Step 3
Dip your slices of bread into egg mixture. Add the dipped bread into the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.


Step 4
Add toppings of your choice.
