Instructions
Step 1
pre heat oven at 200°c
Step 2
cook mince
Step 3
add veg & garlic except mushrooms to pot and cook for 2-3 mins
Step 4
add chopped tomatoes, Pepsi max, passatta, lea ‘n’ perins ant tomato ketchup and stock pots and stir well and bring to the boil then reduce to medium heat, add mushrooms and simmer for 20 mins

add tomato purée and salt and pepper

*White sause* Melt the butter slowly in a saucepan. Stir in the flour to make a paste. For best results, sift the flower through a sieve to prevent lumps. Cook the paste for 2 minutes, then season well with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Gradually add in the cold milk, stirring until smooth. Cook over a medium heat, stirring, until thickened (it will take at least 5 minutes).
Step 8
Season and add freshly grated nutmeg.

layer the lasagna in the order of meat, pasta then sauce in a lasagna tray sprinkle with cheese

bake for 30 mins in the oven
