4 servings

5chicken breast
for Deep Dish baker or Square baker, can double ingredient’s for rectangular baker

0.75 jartikka masala paste

250glow fat natural yoghurt
greek style is nice, Rachels’s organic greek yoghurt with coconut is gorgeous

1 Tbsolive oil

1red onion
finely chopped

1garlic clove

1fresh green chilli

1 inchroot ginger
piece, finely grated or chopped

125mlwater

125mllow fat crème fraiche

fresh coriander
finely chopped

1 tsplime juice

zest of lime

⅔ tspcumin seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients up and leave to marinade for as long as you remember
Step 2
Chop up raw chicken into bite size pieces.
Step 3
In bowl add to the chicken all other ingredients. Toast cumin seeds and add.
Step 4
180-200 degrees for35 mins – just make sure curry is bubbling nicely.
