Ingredients

16 ozpenne pasta
uncooked
1 x 28 ozdiced Italian diced plum tomatoes
can, drained
ricotta cheese
container

cupfresh basil
chopped
ยผ cupolive oil
1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1clove garlic
minced
ยผ teaspoonred pepper flakes
or black pepper
grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
Step 2
2. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, ricotta cheese, basil, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and red pepper in large bowl; mix well.

3. Add pasta to ricotta mixture, toss gently to coat
