Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in the pan and fry the tofu 5 minutes on each side until golden brown
Step 2
Add soy sauce and sriracha to tofu fry for 5 more minutes
Step 3
In a large pot, add the oil, garlic, onion and ginger. Add a splash of water as needed.
Step 4
Add the curry paste and fry for 1 more minute
Step 5
Add the stock cubes, the water, coconut milk, bell pepper, soy sauce and sambal oelek and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the bok choy and cook for another 3 mintes
Step 7
Serve with spring onions and some lemon juice and enjoyyy
