IMPORTANT: soak the sprouts in cold water for 30min to rehydrate. Then use salad spinner to remove water.

2. Heat oil on high and put ginger and garlic (while cloves smashed) when it’s still cold. Immediately put in vege when garlic and ginger slices turn brown. Sautee until softened a bit.
Step 3
3. When about done, put all seasoning mixed together.
