Easy French toast with a good amount of protein. To cut down on fat it uses egg whites instead of whole eggs. I just use the simply egg whites from a carton.

Step 1
Get pan going with a little butter or cooking spray on medium. Mix together the egg whites, sweetener, cinnamon, protein powder in a bowl. Dip each piece of bread until well absorbed into the bread. Place 3 pieces of bread at a time in the heated pan and pour some remaining egg white mixture on top of each slice. Cook each side 2-3 mins and repeat the process for the other slices of bread. Can serve the whole family. Top with fat free maple syrup, berries etc.
