Meal Prep Campfire Mac & Cheese

Day 2 of Campfire Cooking! The MOST requested campfire recipe from the question box on my stories this past weekend: Mac & Cheese🧀✨ Let’s do it! My favorite thing about this recipe is you can meal prep it - mix all the ingredients together the day/night before and just store it in a cool place until ready to cook. SO easy. Meal Prep Campfire Mac & Cheese: • 7 oz elbow macaroni • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella • 1/4 cup gouda (optional) • 1/2 cup half & half • salt & pepper to taste Instructions: Cook macaroni according to back of package. Let cool. Once cooked and cooled mix together with half & half, all cheeses and salt + pepper. Transfer to oiled disposable aluminum tin. Place butter cubes on top of mixture and seal with aluminum foil. Cook immediately OR store in fridge for the next day. When ready to cook, remove from fridge and place over elevated fire for about 20 minutes - I recommend stirring halfway through!
