Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken breasts in half and then cut into strips and add to a bowl.
Step 2
Slice up the onions, bell peppers and red onion and add to the bowl with the chicken. Add in the chicken seasoning, garlic powder, pimento, thyme and black pepper and mix. Add in the green seasoning and salt and mix then cover the bowl with cling film and leave to marinate for about 2-3 hours.
Step 3
Heat a large pan and add 2/3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Add the chicken mixture into the pan and stir fry, while constantly stirring until the chicken is coloured. Reduce the heat cover the pan with a lid and allow to simmer for about ten minutes.
Step 5
Plate up, take a wrap place it into the pan and soak up some of the sauce. Place the wrap onto the plate sauce side up and place a spoonful of chicken into the centre of the wrap, fold up the bottom and then fold in the sides, lick your lips and enjoy.
