KATE MIDDLETON WATERMELON SALAD

During the last UK heatwave, one of my English friends sent me an article mentioning royal Kate Middelton’s favourite salad to beat the heat. As you loved our previous celebrity recipe (The Jennifer Anniston Salad), we had to recreate it! The combo of watermelon and mint is super fresh and vibrant and it’s definitely a great one to enjoy on a hot summer's day. I’ve added some almonds for extra crunch. It’s a beautiful side salad, I recommend pairing it with your favourite protein and wholegrain for a balanced and satisfying meal.
