Instructions

Brown ground beef then drain

Heat 2 tblsp olive oil in skillet
Step 3
Add onion and bell pepper and green onions and cook until soft (5 to 6) minutes

Add tomato paste and stir in

Add can of tomatoes
Step 6
Add garlic
Step 7
Add in ground beef
Step 8
Add salt and pepper to taste
Step 9
Simmer for 10 -15 minutes
Step 10
Make 6 indents and add raw eggs to indents
Step 11
Cover and simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes
Step 12
Enjoy over toast
