Instructions
Step 1
Heat gas or charcoal grill.
Step 2
In small bowl, mix ginger, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Brush pork with oil; rub and press ginger mixture on all sides of pork.
Step 4
Place pork on grill over medium heat.
Step 5
Cover grill; cook 17 to 20 minutes, turning several times, until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 145°F.
Step 6
Remove from grill.
Step 7
Cover; let stand 3 minutes.
Step 8
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix aioli ingredients.
Step 9
Cut pork into thin slices; serve with aioli.
