Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in pan, fry shallot and garlic for 2 mins. Then add curry leaves, chilli and spices, fry for 2 mins.
Step 2
Stir lentils into pan and add coconut milk. Bring to a simmer for 20mins. Until the lentils are soft. Add lemon juice.
