Instructions
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients except panko and oil in a large bowl

Step 2
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick skillet

Step 3
Form 3" patties with the ground chicken and vegetable mixture; coat both sides in panko
Step 4
When oil is hot, cook patties in the skillet; cook for about 4 minutes each side or until inside is no longer pink
