Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.



Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil until combined. Add almond meal and sea salt and mix until combined.

Step 3
Roll tablespoons of mixture into 14 smooth balls. Transfer to baking tray, pressing the tops down slightly with a fork to flatten.

Step 4
Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely on tray.

Step 5
Serve 1 cookie as snack. Store remaining cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days. Cookies can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
