Step 1
Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Make sure all your dairy products are super cold. Whisk, coconut milk, egg, honey, and vinegar. In a separate glass bowl, whisk all dry ingredients. Add butter and cut with pastry knife or 2 butter knives till butter is pea size. Make a well and add milk mixture. Sprinkle tapioca on a dough surface and roll out dough, adding tapioca as needed. Use biscuit cutter and add biscuits to parchment lined baking pan or you can use a greased cast iron. Bake.
