Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Step 2
On a large rimmed baking sheet, combine the oats, almonds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, and salt.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until the oats and almonds are toasted and fragrant.

Increase the heat to 350°F.
Step 5
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the honey, turbinado sugar, and oil.

Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, or until the sugar has melted.
Step 7
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
Step 8
Drizzle the honey mixture over the oats and stir to coat.
Step 9
Bake, stir- ring occasionally, for 10 minutes, or until the oats are crispy.
Step 10
With a spoon, break up any clumps.
Step 11
Stir in the cherries.
Step 12
Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
