Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook rice in boiling water, rinse under cold water and drain well.
Step 2
2. Mix together soft cheese, curry powder, 15ml (1tbsp) lemon juice and milk.
Step 3
3. Dip apples and banana in remaining lemon juice.
Step 4
4. Mix half the apples with prawns and soft cheese dressing.
Step 5
5. Stir remaining apples into rice with banana, green pepper and pineapple.
Step 6
6. Place rice in a serving dish and spoon prawn mixture over.
Step 7
7. Garnish with chopped parsley.
