Instructions
Step 1
Dice shallots, garlic, bacon and mushrooms.
Step 2
Chop potatoes into small pieces after peeling
Step 3
Season chicken and coat in flour then add to pan on medium heat - you will take it off once brown and set aside.

Add potatoes to salted cold water. Bring to boil and cook for 15-20.

Add mushroom, garlic, shallots and bacon to same pan as chicken for a few min. Take chicken out.

Deglaze pan with white wine and fry off.

Add chicken stock in cup of boiling water to pan

Add cream

Add pepper
Step 10
Return chicken to pan to finish cooking in sauce.
Step 11
Finish the mash by draining then mashing up with 2 tablespoons of butter and half cup of milk. Then add chopped chives and scallions.
Step 12
Quickly steam the asparagus.
Step 13
Plate together and serve.
