Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except crumbs and egg. Roll into burger sized Pattieβs.
Step 2
Roll in egg then crumb.
Step 3
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour to all ow to firm up.
Step 4
Spray with oil and air fry for 15 minutes 180c. Turn half way through.
